Adamstown is situated within an established community with proximity to schools and other local amenities and is well connected to Dublin city via major roads and railway. It has the potential to deliver more than 4,000 homes and whilst it is primarily a residential development, it also has significant community and commercial elements focused on a new railway, new district centre and at least two new local centres.
