Hibernia purchased 1 Cumberland Place (formerly Cumberland House) as a vacant building on 1.6 acres in March 2015 and successfully completed extensive refurbishment works in late 2016, achieving LEED Platinum status. The property is fully let: Twitter occupies 96,000 sq. ft. (including ancillary areas) and Travelport Digital occupies the remaining 33,000 sq. ft. of office space.

Hibernia is constructing a new 56,000 sq. ft. office block at the front of 1 Cumberland Place which is due to complete in Q3 2020.
